Welcome to your 5-day P.O.W.E.R challenge
Congratulations on taking the first step towards becoming the greatest version of you. The most important thing is to commit to finishing the full 5 days once you start. If you have to miss a day that’s fine just come back when you are ready. The pre-challenge is to understand you and only you can hold yourself accountable and part of your lesson during this mini course is to learn to finish that which you start so long as it is in your highest and best interest. This course will absolutely help you grow and give you clarity of how to go from where you are to where you want to be. So the choice lies with you. Are you ready to be coached for just 5 days – if so let’s begin.
Below you will find the five objectives for this course. The goal is to tackle one objective each day. You will be e-mailed the link to each day as it opens up, but for now take a look at what you will be learning over the next 5 days and scroll down to dive into Objective 1 which is waiting for you.

P = Plan Your Ideal Life
Plan Your Life – Create a life you feel passionate about
To do this you need to audit your life and create a “Life Plan”. Your “Life Plan” needs to be personal to you about how much you wish to achieve. You can plan for a week, a month, a year or a lifetime. You will need to read all the tabs in this section before checking the box above to show you have completed your objective. Your challenge is to complete one objective a day. Don’t jump ahead, take the full 24 hours to devote to each objective. In this objective we look at:
1. Your Life Audit
2 Your Life Plan
There are 6 steps for you to take in this objective. 3 are behind the Life Audit tab and the other 3 are in the Life Plan tab. Don’t forget to scroll to the top and tick the box once you have completed all 6 steps.
Do you consider yourself intelligent, capable, and kind? Is your life somewhere in between perpetual chaos and not enough time or money to do what you want to do. Do you understand why you haven’t got what you want when others who started out with less than you often seem to have got more than you want? It’s possible that you’re living your life drifting in and out of other’s stories rather than creating your own story. Avoid allowing luck to rule your life. You need to pPut your foot down, make a plan, and choose a direction for your life.
Step 1: Take responsibility for your future:
Examine your current situation. How did you end up where you are? Are you living in the home or flat you’ve always dreamt of? Why not? How did you end up there? Was it the result of long-term planning? Or was it the only place that you could find on short notice that would accept a low deposit because you hadn’t factored in all those extra costs of life.
Step 2: Take a step back and examine objectively:
Consider all aspects of your life. That includes your career, friends, fitness level, finances, loving relationships, health and so on. Did you choose what you have, or did you just grab at the best opportunity that happened to wander by your awareness?
Step 3: Take charge and organise your thoughts on paper:
Write a list and grade your satisfaction with each category from 1 to 10. 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. Then re-order your list with the categories that scored the lowest at the top of your list as these will need the most focus.
Step 4: Allow yourself to daydream:
Determine the type of life you want to lead. What type of job do you want? Where do you want to live? How do you want to spend your evenings? How much money do you want to earn? Imagine your social life? Work out what would make you happy in your family life? Take the time to thoroughly examine the future you’d like to experience. Not only thinking about that which you want but also that which you need to let go of.
Step 5: Get your priorities right:
Remember your list from step 3. Put the first things first. Now is the time to re-order that list if you want. Money isn’t the only thing, but it’s an important thing. Money is great for solving many of life’s challenges but is it what will really make you happy. This step allows you to decide where to put your efforts first. A great exercise for those who need a little more help deciding what they want to work on first is to write your obituary. What would you like it to say? How would you like to be remembered? What would you have achieved? What difference would you have made? What legacy would you have left? Who is at your funeral? How are they feeling about your passing? The more descriptive you can be, the more you are allowing your brain to work towards the future you not only desire but deserve.
Step 6: Choose one area to work on first and break it down into manageable chunks
To make a logical progression for each part of your life you’d like to change you need a starting point. To tackle everything in one go is optimistic and best and overwhelming at worst. You don’t need to make massive changes to get remarkable transformation. What you need is focus and consistency. A classic example would be if you need to lose 100 pounds, going for a daily walk and eliminating as much sugar as possible would be a good start. After a couple of weeks of walking, you could add in additional exercise and diet changes.
Write out the area of your life you have committed to changing, quantify how you wish it to change, make it clear and exciting for you. Add a reward for yourself so you have something to entice you to move towards the end goal. Now create a break down all the little steps you could do to get that goal. Make each step be completable in whatever spare time you have per day. That could be 5 minutes or 30 minutes. Some of my clients break it into 10 steps others into 50. It doesn’t matter how small the step as long as you are moving forward every day you are going to reach your goal.

This is to whet your appetitie but don’t attempt to rush forwards until you have devoted your focus to the first objective. You will be e-mailed every day during this challenge with the link to your daily objectives. All you have to do is carve out some time each day to complete them and take action.
O = Overcome Your Fears
Overcome your fears – Be brave enough to choose what would make YOU happy
Why haven’t you made decisions about your life in the past? Is it possible that you were afraid to make a choice and possibly fail? It’s true that you can’t fail if you never try, but you can’t ever experience success and happiness either. Now is the time to take control of where you are going in life and face your fears head-on. Don’t worry we have an excellent coaching exercise for you to combat what’s holding you back and help you move towards the dreams and goals you set in the last objective.

W = Wealthy Mindset Hacking
Wealth Mindset Hacking – Have enough discipline to choose your path and take action
When you’re confused and uncertain, it feels easier to avoid making decisions. You don’t want to make the wrong decision after all. However, this type of thinking is a trap. It’s better to make a reasonable choice and give it your best effort than it is to not make a decision at all. Once you have made your decision to move forward and the path you are going to travel, the difference between those who win and those who don’t is their mindset in particular those who have a strong work ethic and a growth mindset will always beat talent. It is not about working harder, it is about working smarter.

E = Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence – Realise you have to make your own luck
When you don’t put energy into something, it will tend to fall apart over time. Whether you’re talking about a fence, a sand castle, or your life, luck isn’t kind and it’s not on your side long term. The house always wins. The natural way of the universe is to move from ordered to disordered. The only defence is concentrated effort and energy. A wooden fence only survives if you repair it and paint it at regular intervals. Even then, it will still have to be replaced at some point. Your life is no different. Without energy and intention applied regularly, your life falls apart just like the fence. So often we waste energy on negative emotions and put up a brick wall to reduce the need for repair of our emotional fence, it’s time to stop blocking yourself in, give yourself a pretty fence – don’t baracade yourself in.

R = Resourcefulness Upgrade
Resourcefulness Upgrade – Think outside the box and make it happen for you
Now is the time to take control of your life and make decisions that matter and think outside the box to make those decision work for your best and highest purpose. You have to choose a course for your life or allow entropy to slowly destroy it, but once you have chosen that course you have to be creative as life doesn’t always hand you all the resources to get what you want, but it has given you the most precious gift – your brain. With that one tool you can be as resourceful as you like and never look back. Take control while there’s still time to create an exciting life.
